ATX implements is a provider of innovative agricultural machinery solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee and drive the success of the Bednar FMT brand in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy:

    • Develop and execute the product strategy for Bednar FMT in the US market, aligning with overall company goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.

  2. Product Development:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
    • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

  3. Market Positioning:

    • Define and implement effective market positioning strategies for Bednar FMT products in the US, considering competitive landscape and customer feedback.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

  4. Sales Enablement:

    • Provide comprehensive product training to the sales team and distributors.
    • Develop sales collateral, product documentation, and other materials to support effective sales efforts.

  5. Customer Engagement:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and feedback.
    • Gather and analyze customer insights to enhance existing products and guide future developments.

  6. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets related to product development, marketing, and sales activities.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions for the Bednar FMT product line.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the agriculture machinery sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery and understanding of the US agriculture market.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
